Great Customer Service was able to place the order online and when I saw an error, I was able to call and get it changed immediately. Delivered it was on time and to the correct location. Follow up phone call to verify it could be placed outside was very comforting and appreciated the call to see that it was received as scheduled.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bakersfield Flower Market never disappoints! Their bouquets are absolutely gorgeous, the flowers are always fresh, and the quality is outstanding every time. My husband loves surprising me with flowers from here, and they always make such a beautiful gift. I am always looking forward to the next occasion. The arrangements last a long time and look stunning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality flowers!

Bakersfield Flower Market made my sister's homegoing service an extravagant celebration. The prices were competitive but the quality was top notch. They delivered quickly and made our girl's send off colorful and vibrant!

First time buying wholesale flowers. I was nervous but the staff was super patient. They showed me how to cut stems and keep them hydrated. My little side business just became profitable because of these folks.

The owner is top notch. I'd give 5 stars for her. I called in like I was told to order flowers. An employee on the phone couldn't answer my questions, but I did give a list of flowers that the owner had written down for me. She said she'll call me back. She never did. I arrived to pick up and pay for my order. I was told the flowers were not ordered because I didn't pay for them. I apologized and said I didn't know. The employee stated it's policy. I shared again, I didn't know their policy and that I didn't receive a call back. The employee continued with explaining its policy. Of course panic started to settle in. I needed flowers for my friends wedding and I thought "Are there NO FLOWERS!?" I stayed calm and asked to move pass her explaining about policy and let's at least pick out flowers that are there... The employee was no help. I walked into the cooler alone. I came out and asked for help. The owner, who was trying to eat her lunch had to pop up and help. I told her, no it's your lunchtime. Owners never get to finish a lunch. I felt bad, but was grateful. She was a gem and assisted in choosing flowers. The bridal bouquet turned out beautiful. Thank you.
